like you have others;
down the ladder of centuries
in the same fashion.
Now the most powerful media
crowning the highest paid entertainers.

You’re an enigmatic arrangement
of organized sound
that moves the heart of God;
the devil’s tambourine playground.

Music, music,
friend of every living creature;
alive forever, never forgotten
ingrained in life’s heart beat,
every pulse, hearts lost and won.
Music, you universal mood setter,
worshiper of the spirits and the sun.

Music, music, acoustic guitar smashed
a rock star’s idol;
spaced out trash
blamed subliminal.

Music, music still living,
in the tears of the violin;
on the strings of the piano man, dancing;
tiptoing on  his black and white minds’ entry keys
fading in the old wrinkling man’s face against fiddle,
To the footsteps of the death march drummer.

Music, music
brother of percussion;
sister of lyric,
cousin of rhythm;
nephew of beat, beat, beat…
joined in the orchestral  family
of ecstasy’s song.

And song  rhymes with love!
and hurt and smiles and pain
and right and wrong, and hate,
joy and blame.

And if money makes the world go round
then music, you make it spin even faster.

Then revenges with the harmless power force, with its
Swinging crescendo reaches and governs its notes to flow
It legitimises itself as the emotional investor
Moreover, its capability to present psychic economy
Proves its quality of intellectual technique that never fails to
Administrate the body of governed behaviours…
