God, Father, Baba Nkulunkulu!

What is going on in this world that we living in
This world where people are constantly giving in
Giving in to the challenges, the poverty
The poverty that has become of our daily lives,
jeopardising the effectiveness of our daily strives..

Lord is it not you who made the heavens and the earth
Who put the different planets in place
providing us with our own space?
How then do we allow satan to penetrate our souls
To concour us, to destro us
We live in shacks, feedng from our parents and
multiplying agony to this world that is already crazy
Cause so many of us fail to see we are lazy!
Weekends turn into life ends as celebrations turn into dreadful nightmares
Just because some men cant keep their p's in their pants where they belong
and some lunitick could not resist the temptation to hurt
Lust concour our young people  and drives them to experiment
with sex, booze, drugs and harmful weopons
that results in consequences that  forces them to make decisions influenced by their conditions

Lord you have given us skills to fight the worlds ills
You have given us the ability to dream
so we can figure out what our lives mean
Yet we have failed you
We have failed ourselfs and we have failed in realizing those dreams
so we can build a better life for ourselves and those yet to come
Young girls fall in the trap of sexual exploration
and find themselves pregnant, uneducatated and hopeless
loosing their dreams, loosing themselves
When does this chaos end? Is there hope?
When does this cycle of negligence, ignorance, rejection and self-pity end?

O God we need your forgiveness, your grace and your mercy.
How we need you to touch our hearts and wipe away the tears from our eyes
from the eyes of our parents who are loosing their children
The tears of the parents who themselve have no direction, no protection
