Integrity, integrity, what happened to integrity
A word that means a lot, to only them that’s got
It’s not meant just for the few, but something that M.P.’s should do
Not just for the Government entrants, but also for the Civil Servants
Remember that the countries coffers, are not up for the highest offers
To be in office you must assure, to take what is only yours
Remember that you’ll have to beg, if you kill the goose with golden egg

Hypocrisy, hypocrisy, what happened to hypocrisy
A word that means what others do, does not apply to you
The ones that often point the finger, are rated as the best singer
And just as in the times that past, the hypocrite is here to last
The Bard he summed up the lot, when he told it to the Scot
The only gift God didn’t gee us, is to see ourselves as others see us

Ability, ability what happened to ability
A word that means you knew, just exactly what to do
No one can claim to know it all, he who does heads for a fall
The wheels of time turn very slowly, not just for the good and holy
The thing is look before you leap, then your guaranteed to keep your seat
It’s hard at first to live and learn, not so bad when you see what you earn

Liability, liability, what happened to liability
A word that means you’ve been caught, doing what you shouldn’t aught
Hard luck if you play that game, you’ve lost your place in the hall of fame
To try and brazen out the shame, will only advertise the blame
To start with your friends will rally round, then slowly go underground
So when down hearted, feeling sick, you will wish you’d faced the music

Security, security, what happened to security
A word that makes you think; of robbing, drugs, rape and drink
Where shooting to kill from them that’s bent, is common to a stealing event
The police they try there best to contain, but stop the crime they try in vain
But who wants to be part of the West, here in Africa is still the best
The sea and sun are free of tax, and the beaches are there to relax

Hilarity, hilarity, what happened to hilarity
A word that conjures up for everyone, love and laughter and some fun
Lives not doom and gloom for parity, there’s room there for hilarity
There’s time to kill the fatted calf, to dance and sing and have a laugh
The economy is good and strong, so share the winnings with the throng
Bring the beer, whiskey and rum; make sure there’s enough for everyone.
